I added Takumi White Soy to my own Moo Goo Gai Pan dish. It made all the veggies & meat really come to life. It has a lovely, delicate flavor, and I wish I would have discovered this product a long time ago. Thanks, Dean & Delucca!

Thus far, I have only used twice. The Moo Goo Gai Pan I made was boring until I added the Takumi White Soy. It made all the other ingredients in the dish "pop" in a most delicate way. Love this!
