Simply cooked on a hot griddle served with organic roll, organic tomato, and organic mustard. Burger arrived next day on time, gray in color - due to high fat content. Not frozen on receipt. Way too much fat content in pattie, no or very little flavor. Texture very grainy, suspect corn fed animals used - bad/wrong type of fat if true. Would not buy again, worst Wagyu burger I have eaten.

Simply the most amazing burger I have ever made or had. A little salt and pepper and pan fried to perfection. I used a 7-8 heat setting and followed the direction provided (10-12 minutes) for medium rare. No reforming of the burger was required, just cut it out of the sealed bag, place in pan and enjoy. There is a lot of grease that comes out of the burger, but this can be very easily made into a tasty sauce if you retain it. This is not a burger if you are dieting.

These arrived de-thawed so the coloring was off and they didn't stay put together on the grill. Nevertheless the flavor was great.
