This is the second year we've had a Turducken for Thanksgiving dinner. Super easy and delicious (way easier and neater than doing your own turkey and dressing). After so many compliments last year on the delicious Turducken, this year I sent Turduckens to friends and family as their Christmas gifts. (Note: be sure your oven doesn't run hot or the drumsticks will cook too fast. Not a big deal to flavor or texture but they'll look a bit dry. Bird will be moist and dark meat will still be delicious, though.)

This was a gift for my husband for Christmas. We all absolutely loved it. I prepared a traditional southern Cajun meal to accompany it. It will probably be our new Christmas traditional meal now. My children and families all live in NYC and we plan on celebrating the holidays there this year. Looking forward to picking it up in person!

I cooked this for Thanksgiving and it not only tasted horrible, but smelled bad when cooking. It fell apart when slicing and the duck part of it was rubbery and inedible. There was hardly any stuffing in it and it was so spicy most of my guests couldn't it it. I would not recommend this to anyone.
