They arrived in the weekend right before the 4th of July as a gift. They were the perfect dessert for my party everyone is still talking about them. They were very moist and flavorful.These cupcakes were not over whelming and they had me wanting more.

What a treat! I have the best Mother! I received these on my birthday (thanks Mom)! Beautiful cupcakes and amazing flavors (the red velvet rules)! Pour yourself a cup of Earl Grey Tea, pull up a chair and indulge (I did)!

Best Uses
I bought these cupcakes for a small family party and was very excited to try them out. They ended up being very disappointing. The cupcakes were made fresh but they flash-froze them which I understand is to help preserve and make transport easier. However the taste and appearance ends up being altered and unattractive. Even though I defrosted these at room temperature for 4 hours, the cupcakes still had that "frozen" quality. Also due to the defrosting, condensation started to form on the surface and food coloring on some of the toppings started to run, which made it very unsightly.
The flavors were basic but very unmemorable. But what's really puzzling me is how some of the most common flavors weren't even achieved properly; like the Salted Caramel - which is really basic and easy to make - tasted like butterscotch without a hint of salt and the Chocolate Champagne was merely full-on chocolate with no champagne. Some of the exotic flavors were also lacking too, like the Passion Fruit which had a good flavor but had an odd egg-like taste and the Strawberry Balsamic which was simply strawberry with no balsamic. The only flavors that were decent were the Red Velvet, Key Lime, Carrot with Crystalized Ginger, and the Lemon Raspberry. The rest of the chocolate cakes were just chocolate without nuance.
Overall very disappointing. I would not be ordering these or MORE cupcakes again.
