Kilbeggan Irish Porridge is simply delicious!
I had no idea that porridge could taste anything like these wonderful oats do. It is very creamy and flavorful and cooks very quickly. It has transformed my mornings and I look forward to it every day. I usually cook the oats with milk and add raisins, blueberries or other fruit. I have found that this breakfast has very much reduced my craving for mid-morning snacks as well. I have given them as gifts and everyone loves them. I'm especially happy that something this good is also organic and good for us.

We learned of Kilbeggan's at the best coffee shop in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland. Gave it a try and loved it, it is the creamiest and tastiest oatmeal. We like it so well we usually have it for breakfast dressed up with blueberries, raisins, some diced ginger, and dried cherries....add a bit of creamed honey and voila, instantaneous delight.

Very flavorful. Even if you just eat it plain, cooked in water (it cooks very quickly) the oats are flavorful. You don't need to add anything to it.

After first tasting this in Ireland, I thought I would never find it again. No other brand I ever tried was the same. I did research & discovered that the Kilbeggan oatmeal was the top of the line product used in the best hotels in Ireland. Then, I discovered that it is only available in the United States, through Dean & DeLuca. I have given this oatmeal, as a special gift, to family and friends, and they love it too.

Our family absolutely loves this porridge. It embodies what every breakfast
should possess. A warm, creamy, tongue pleasing bowl of what has to be the porridge that is written about in the story-books. This stuff is crazy good! Addicting. I add some raw honey and a little pat of butter to the bowl
and its so good!

A rare find! Not only is this good for you, it taste so darn good and does the body wonders.

I served it to guest at Christmas and they left with half my bag!
