Spoonbill Caviar, or Paddlefish as it is sometimes known, is a freshwater sturgeon that thrives on the nutrient-rich food in the Mississippi and Tennessee Rivers. Its small silvery caviar is rich and remarkably delectable.

This is fabulous caviar at a pretty darn good price, considering! It is a treat. The packaging makes the caviar last through several samplings. Nice product.
