It couldn't have been easier, just open & scoop into your bowl. The flavors were excellent. Would have given it 5 stars if only the lobster were just a bit more tender and succulent. We expected melt in your mouth.

The gazpacho was pleasant enough but the lobster, while plentiful, was flavorless and a little spongy. I wouldn't buy it again. It also arrived with one container leaking which made a bit of a mess.

I loved it. There were huge chunks of lobster. Full of flavor, light and healthy. Great on a summer day. With the express shipping it was a tad expensive but if you can, splurge on this, you won't be sorry!
