Fig & Olive Raincoast Crisps

I used these as part of a cheese platter and they were a hit. Delicious and perfectly crispy. One thing is that they actually cost like $7 if you don't get them from D&D.

Great taste. The crumbs are great on salad.

My Mother-in-law has given up sweets, at the advice of Dr. Oz, and I knew she would savor these turtles sparingly as a real treat over the holidays and boy did she love them!
