Storing: Cake can be frozen for 3 months, refrigerated for 1week, or at ambient tempertaure for 3 days. If not freezingimmediately upon recieving, unwrap. To defrost, unwrap the cake and place in the fridge overnight. Allow cake to reach room temperature before enjoying.
