Disappointed

I was disappointed with this Colomba for several reasons: firstly, the taste was just a little off; secondly, the list of ingredients included a litany of chemical preservatives and other ingredients that simply are not what I expect from a Dean & DeLuca product offering. I was glad to see it was made in NY state but seriously, check the ingredients and please offer an alternative made from natural ingredients.
