Got this for my chef hubby and he loved it! I especially love the shreds of Aleppo pepper, which is truly unique, both in taste and texture. A great assortment and a great gift for the "foodie" or gourmet cook. (Instead of hot red pepper flakes & cayenne, which are common, I do wish they'd included Vietnamese pepper and another exotic pepper...)

I have been looking for a gourmet pepper collection for some time. What a joy to find it at Dean & DiLuca's Web. I have been to your store in NY, but in the boondocks of Tallahassee, NY is far away. Thanks you for allowing me to find this great pepper collection for a foodie on my gift list who has most everything else. Thank goodness he loves to cook, like his mother!!
