Ordered this in a collection of other delicious Dean & DeLuca offerings for a Christmas morning smorgasbord. This dried fruit assortment was my favorite purchase. The fruit was delicious and fresh. There's a wonderful variety that both my husband and I appreciated. The wooden crate was beautiful; I repurposed it to hold my makeup and trinkets in my bedroom. Will definitely purchase again-- for myself, and for a gift!

Sent this as a gift to my brother in Florida with guarantee of delivery before Christmas. He did not receive it until after Christmas. Major disappointment, but he said he enjoyed the fruit.

I buy this fruit arrangement every year for my hubby at Christmas or on his birthday-Its his favorite item(even over electronics and such). He loves the dried apricots the best, but all the fruit is very tasty.
It always arrives nicely boxed and is always fresh(as far as dried fruit can be)!

The only thing I might improve is to offer more and different fruit selections than you already do---maybe letting customers combine their own preferences(?)

Otherwise we like the product as it is:)

I sent this fruit to my 92 year old mom for Christmas. When it arrived it was dried out and tough. Mom finally stewed it.

Many of the fruits were not just tart but sour, and all of them more leathery than chewy. Alas! Nice look, though, and nice package.
