I was really looking forward to this--but unfortunately my expectations fell very short for this product. The sauce was SUPER chunky. Chunky to the point where it looked like bruschetta sitting on top of my pasta where I poured it out. And the rest of the pasta remained uncovered. My husband and I love vodka sauce, and this was definitely one of the worst packaged/store bought brands we have tried. We have tried the ones at [@] and some of the more common ones, like Classico, and they are way better. My husband said it tasted like plain old tomato sauce and he ended up throwing out his serving. I tried it the next day and had the same reaction. Chunky, not creamy, and not very appetizing. The consistency is just off. It's not "chunky" as in chunky tomato sauce...it's just all little bits of chunk and no sauce. Dean and Deluca--you guys can do better!
