Agrimontana Bitter Orange Marmalade with Orange Peel

For more than 35 years, Agrimontana, based in Borgo San Dalmazzo, Piemonte, has been producing fruit preserves and other confections using only the highest quality Italian fruits harvested on the slopes and the orchards where the fruits have been traditionally cultivated. Sicilian oranges, picked at the height of ripeness are used to create the fresh, natural flavor of this Bitter Orange marmalade. Made following a homemade recipe, with about 70% fruit per jar, Agrimontana preserves are produced without added pectin, colors, flavorings, or preservatives (just pure chopped fruit, sugar cane, and lemon juice).
