Comments about Castelas Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
We use this light, flavorful oil on salads and vegetales; we don't cook with it often because the uniqueness of the flavor is diminished.

Comments about Castelas Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
Love this olive oil. First tried it in St. Remy de Provence when they first produced it. Just keeps getting better. You can visit their mill when you go to Les Baux de Provence. Catherine and Jean-Benoit are meticulous when it comes to the attention to detail in making their oil...so glad that Dean and Deluca carries it. Not easy to carry back olive oil these days!

Comments about Castelas Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
I first became familiar with this olive oil in France. I found it in restaurants and once I reached Avignion I asked the owner of a store which brand she liked the best. She suggested this one. It is wonderful. Forget buying wine and bringing it back buy this olive oil. It makes everything taste better. No kidding!
