For more than 35 years, Agrimontana based in Borgo San Dalmazzo, Piemonte, has been producing fruit preserves and other confections, using only the highest quality Italian fruits, harvested on the slopes and in the orchards where the fruits have always been traditionally cultivated. Sicilian oranges picked at the height of ripeness are used to create the fresh, natural flavor of this Bitter Orange marmalade. Made following a homemade recipe, with about 70% fruit per jar, Agrimontana preserves are produced without added pectin, colors, flavorings, or preservatives (just pure chopped fruit, sugar cane, and lemon juice). Agrimontana's Bitter Orange Marmalade is best enjoyed as a spread for croissants or toast, mixed in with yogurt, or as a filling for pies and cakes.
