This tea is so delicious and it is caffeine free. It has Vitamin C as well as other antioxidants which makes it stand out among other teas. TWG is my favorite brand of tea. I don't usually make my own tea at home and this tea has changed me. Sipping it before bedtime becomes my ritual now. BUY IT !! worth every penny.
