I forgot to mention that I did not defrost them. Just tossed them in the oven as is (at 375) and let them bake until golden. Perfect every time.
I've bought them only once, but the quality of the meat was excellent--very tender and no fat or gristle. The dough baked nicely crisp. Just bake in the oven til golden, very easy.

No instructions included, but we figured it out. Was as good as any Wellington we have had prepared by others.

To be fair, this is this 3rd time I have ordered frozen Wellingtons (once from Neiman Marcus, once from Williams Sonoma, and now from D & D) and they have never been good. I am resolved that I will either make it from scratch or choose something else to serve.
