This was surprisingly good. Doctored it up with fresh chili peppers.
Served with Tabasco sauce for me, and 1000 Island on the side for the Mister.
We ordered it ahead for a friday night "movie" night for the hub and myself. Served it with a huge romaine salad with Balsalmic dressing.
A few chocolate chip cookies for dessert, and we were good until about 2:am until we went looking for the ice cream.
Hey it was friday. The rest of the week we diet.

I bought this product twice, once for an appetizer party that I had and then for my BBQ Birthday Party.
At both times were they big hits. I am glad that I saved a flat bread for myself and had it during the week with a glass of wine and a salad.

I used it as an entree with a simple salad since it's really rich. A glass of white wine completed the meal, which was really easy and gave me time with my guests.
The only complaint I had is that the lobster was a little tough, but delicious all the same.
Arrived as promised and packing was super.

I thought I found the perfect "delivery" lobster with Lobster Mac & Cheese BUT THEN I tried the LOBSTER FLATBREAD. OMG. FAB-U-LOUS ! Would it be too decadent to eat them together ? LOL
